Congratulations go to Mark Bearfoot, Brand Protection Manager EMEA at Harley-Davidson Europe Limited and active member of the ACG Council, who won the award for Intellectual Property Individual of the Year at the European Counsel Awards dinner on Thursday 1 March. Mark faced tough competition from the nominees representing: BMW AG, Jaguar Land Rover Ltd and Joseph Joseph.

This is the 11th year for the European Counsel Awards, which are managed by Lexology and the International Law Office, in association with the Association of Corporate Counsel.
